My name is Karl Allen Swelling, and I am a Christian and a member of
Fairfield Highlands Baptist Church, a
Southern Baptist congregation.
My profession is systems, storage, and security administration, spending most of my time with
Red Hat Enterprise Linux,
IBM AIX,
IBM SAN Volume Controller with IBM
disk and
flash storage,
Symantec NetBackup, Quantum
tape libraries and deduplication appliances, and firewalls from an unnamed vendor,
though I have been a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Master Certified Novell Engineer in the distant past.
In my free time I also like to play with Raspberry Pi computers running
Fedora/Pidora.
